Cognizant is right where you belong. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Policy Configuration & Integration Specialist with strong expertise in Duck Creek OnPrem and DCOD implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal lines (Auto & Home), data migration, upgrades, and troubleshooting complex incidents. Experience in Duck Creek Billing and working closely with Duck Creek support teams is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: + Lead end-to-end Duck Creek Policy configuration, integration, and support activities. + Work on personal lines (Auto & Home) Duck Creek implementations, enhancements, and production support. + Troubleshoot incidents, defects, and production issues, providing analytical and timely resolutions. + Guide functional, technical, and quality teams to drive faster incident resolution, problem management, and critical issue fixes. + Implement and support both OnPrem and OnDemand (DCOD) environments, including data migration and platform upgrades. + Stay current with Duck Creek architectural advancements such as PAD, DCOD standards, AMIs, Anywhere APIs, and related components. + Configure and customize Duck Creek inheritance models, Manuscript data models, and product versioning. + Develop and maintain Anywhere API integrations using Duck Creek's integration framework. + Hands-on experience with Express 3, Rating, Forms, User Administration, Dayu20112 transactions, and batch processes. + Strong understanding of OnDemand environment pipelines and Active Delivery enablement. + Experience raising and managing SNOW tickets with Duck Creek for base product issues. + Ability to implement and support Duck Creek Billing configuration (added advantage). + Knowledge of Data Insights, producer/policyholder data, and reporting setup (good to have). + Develop reusable Duck Creek solution assets, accelerators, frameworks, and POV documents. + Lead Cognizant (or client-specific) Duck Creek CoE activities, including tool creation, solution playbooks, and reusable component development. + Provide architectural recommendations and best practices to stakeholders. Qualifications: + 10+ years overall IT experience with 8+ years in Duck Creek Policy configuration and integration. + Hands-on experience in OnPrem and OnDemand (DCOD) policy implementations and upgrades. + Strong working knowledge of personal lines (Auto & Home) implementations. + Expertise in Anywhere APIs, Integration Framework, and Express 3 configuration. + Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. + Experience interacting with Duck Creek support and managing SNOW ticket workflows. #LI-EF1 #CB #Ind123 CogWW901 Applications will be accepted until 2 Apr 2026. Salary and Other Compensation: The hourly salary for this position is between $[132,000 - 155,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
