This role ownsu00a0all paid media strategy and execution, direct mail marketing, agency and vendor management,u00a0andu00a0growth marketing budgeting.This leader blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and analytics rigor. They will oversee performance across SEM, paid social, display, video, traditional media, and direct mail-ensuring integrated campaigns that deliver measurable subscriber growth.What WOW Offers- Base salaryu00a0up to $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus short-term incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits including:- Medical, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) with company match- Paid time off & company holidays- Tuition reimbursement for continued development- Employee broadband discountsEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to the following:Growth Strategy & Performance Leadership- Develop and execute the annual and quarterly growth marketing roadmap aligned to subscriber and revenue targets- Own paid acquisition strategy across digital and traditional channels- Establish clear KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, market penetration)- Drive continuous testing, optimization, and channel mix modelingPaid Media Strategy & Execution- Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across SEM, paid social, display, video/CTV, OTT, programmatic, audio, and traditional channels- Optimize targeting, creative, bidding strategies, and budget allocation- Partner with analytics to improve attribution modeling and incrementality testing- Ensure local market customization while maintaining brand consistencyDirect Mail Strategy & Execution- Own direct mail targeting strategy, segmentation, and offer development- Manage production timelines, print vendors, and in-home drop schedules- Optimize response rates through testing (creative, format, offer, geography)- Integrate direct mail into omnichannel campaignsAgency & Vendor Management- Lead and manage media agencies, direct mail vendors, data providers, and marketing technology partners- Negotiate contracts, scope of work, and performance benchmarks- Ensure agencies deliver innovation, transparency, and measurable ROI- Drive accountability through regular business reviewsBudget Ownership & Financial Management- Own and manage multi-million-dollar acquisition budget- Forecast spend and performance across markets and channels- Reallocate investments based on performance data- Identify efficiencies and cost-saving opportunitiesCross-Functional Leadership- Partner with Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Marketing teams- Align promotional strategy with growth goals- Support market launches, expansion builds, and competitive response plansOther duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
