Description Job Summary: The Sales and Order Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing and customer support. This role acts as a key liaison between sales representatives and internal departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment, timely communication, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Order Management & Customer Support u2022 Process and manage customer orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Communicate order status, lead times, and any potential delays internally u2022 Address sales representative inquiries, resolve order-related issues, and escalate when necessary. Sales Support & Administration u2022 Assist the sales team with quotations, contract review, and customer documentation. u2022 Maintain customer records and update systems (SAP) with accurate order and contact information. u2022 Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics. u2022 Support pricing analysis and customer account management. Data Analysis & Reporting u2022 Analyze order trends and sales performance u2022 Identify opportunities to improve order processing efficiency, to automate reports and tasks u2022 Generate reports on key sales and operational metrics for management review.
