This job was posted by : For moreinformation, please see:the worlds leader in IoT and data technologies for commerce, ourmission is to help retailers and brands use digitalization to becomemore efficient, more intelligent, and more sustainableand in doing so,enable more positive commerce.As Program Manager, you will make apositive impact by:- Leading end-to-end program delivery for digitalization projects in retail, ensuring pilots and rollouts are completed on time, within scope, and within budget using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and cloud rollout expertise.- Creating and maintaining IT project plans and schedules using programming and database knowledge (C, C++, SQL, OOP) to manage data flows, system integration, and track milestones.- Managing API integrations to send data between internal systems, partner platforms, and customer applications, ensuring seamless and accurate information flow.- Coordinating with technical project managers, logistics, and sales teams to deliver projects successfully, using JavaScript and system data workflows to align technical solutions with customer needs.- Facilitating and driving ongoing project meetings using MS Office tools, documenting action items, and maintaining project documentation in Confluence- Conducting object-oriented application development and customization to optimize software solutions for specific retail customer requirements- Defining and monitoring KPIs, performing risk assessments, and managing customer communication using Jira, Smartsheet, Click-Up, and Power BI to track and report progress.- Providing continuous customer contact during pilot installations and rollouts, including on-site visits to resolve technical issues and provide updates, and drive successful implementation- Coordinating technical installations by serving as a liaison between internal teams, Partner technical project managers, and customers, ensuring smooth cloud-based deployments- Performing proactive delivery follow-ups on pilots and rollout projects in cooperation with Sales and Logistics, tracking shipment and installation progress via ERP systems and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet- Answering first-level technical and operational questions from customers and partners, including troubleshooting API connections, database queries, and application workflows- Participating in the sales phase by representing project management and solution capabilities, leveraging Salesforce, marketing tools, and demonstrating technical expertise through solution presentations and client walkthroughs- Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends and data, using MS Office, Power BI, Smartsheet and other visualization tools- Traveling approximately 50 days/year to U.S. customer sites and telecommuting up to 3 days/week as needed.May telecommute from within U.S. 3 days/weekMinimum Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree in STEM fieldExperience: Three (3) years of experience in engineering projectmanagement role.Skills: Programming and databases, including C, C++, SQL and OOP; APIintegration; JavaScript; object-oriented application development; ERPSystems (SAP or Oracle); Jira; Confluence; MS Office; and cloudinfrastructure rollouts.
