THE OPPORTUNITY As the Coordinator, Community Roots you will facilitate Chipotleu2019s fundraiser program from beginning to end by vetting potential partners, reviewing tax information, and ensuring partners have a best-in-class fundraising experience. In addition, the CR coordinator will review, grant, and deliver all in-kind donation requests submitted through . The CR Coordinator is active and forward-thinking regarding Chipotle marketing tactics and projects. Within Chipotle, the CR Coordinator works closely with Accounting, Operations, and other teams within Marketing. WHAT YOUu2019LL DO u2022 Supports fundraiser participants by answering all email questions and concerns. u2022 Decide which interactions are best handled by email or telephone. u2022 Elevate and improve the customer experience and represent our brand. u2022 Collects and validates tax information to approve fundraisers. u2022 Ensures partners obtain all fundraiser information and social media assets once approved. u2022 Review fundraiser requests to determine if partner meets Chipotle's guidelines. u2022 Finalizes payment documents and ensures checks are sent. u2022 Reviews donation requests and ensures donations are mailed. u2022 Supports integrations and troubleshooting with a variety of systems. u2022 Collaborates with the team to provide ongoing improvements to the fundraiser program and other marketing needs. questions and complaints. WHAT YOUu2019LL BRING TO THE TABLE u2022 A Bacheloru2019s degree or enrollment in a Bachelor program and nearing completion u2022 Experience in customer service is preferred. u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills u2022 Proficient with MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook, as well as Google Suite. PAY TRANSPARENCY A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $20.67u2013$26.45. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
