Junior Processor

Salary Range $19.00 - $22.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Description Position Summary: The Junior Processor assists the Processors with obtaining loan documents, credit documents, third party verifications, follow up of verifications, and set up of loan files for processing. Essential Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: u2022 Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application. u2022 Assemble and compile documents for loan closings, such as title abstracts, insurance forms, loans, forms, and tax receipts. u2022 Logging new loans. u2022 Uploading loan documents and third party verification in to the loan file in computer. u2022 Assist in preparing stipulation file/requirements and reviewing with Originator. u2022 Verify confidentiality is secure by keeping drawers and sensitive information in locked drawers/cabinets. Required Job Functions: Specific tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: u2022 Ability to effectively communicate, work with, and build relationships with all levels of constituents including culturally and linguistically diverse staff members and external candidates and/or vendors, while operating in a fast-paced customer service driven environment. u2022 This position may require occasional overtime and travel. u2022 Additional tasks as assigned.
