About the Role: The Director of HOA Operations leads the operational strategy and execution of the Banku2019s Treasury Management products and services supporting the HOA segment. This role oversees end-to-end HOA operations, including client services, implementations, account management, and compliance, while ensuring seamless delivery of solutions such as API integrations, ACH services, lockbox, online banking, and fraud prevention tools. This leader partners cross-functionally to optimize processes, mitigate risk, and enhance the client experience, while supporting the Banku2019s proprietary HOA dues collection platform, Premier Property Pay. The role also ensures operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and scalable infrastructure to support continued growth in the HOA business. + Lead and oversee HOA Operations, including client services, account management, and implementation support + Manage operational processes across Treasury Management products (ACH, RDC, lockbox, online banking, fraud services, and API integrations) + Oversee the HOA Client Services team supporting management companies via phone and email + Partner closely with implementation teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of HOA clients + Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality control across account setup, callback verification, and reporting processes + Monitor and enhance operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk mitigation + Maintain and oversee documentation required for HOA relationships (e.g., signature cards, resolutions, agreements) + Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Treasury Management, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Commercial teams + Support audits and regulatory reviews by gathering documentation and implementing control improvements + Develop and implement process enhancements aligned with business growth and risk appetite + Ensure teams are appropriately staffed, trained, and equipped to support evolving business needs About You: + 10+ years of experience in banking operations, Treasury Management, or related areas + Strong expertise in compliance, risk management, audit, and operational controls + Experience with Treasury Management products (ACH, lockbox, payments, account management, etc.) + Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional partnerships + Experience improving processes, building scalable operations, and driving efficiency + Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls in a financial institution + Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization + A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail + AAP, Accredited ACH Professional (preferred) + CCPP, Certified Card Payment Professional (preferred) + PCBS, Pacific Coast Banking School Grad (preferred) The pay range for this role is $104,000.00 to 150,000.00. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
