Reference #: 655Seeking a junior to midlevel associate with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience in a computational biology practice and a Ph.D. in a computational biology or life sciences this role, you will advise biotech, pharmaceutical, and digital health clients on intellectual property and transactional matters relating to data-driven innovations in such areas as Next Generation Sequencing, precision diagnostics, digital health, and deep-learning / generative AI-assisted drug discovery. u00a0The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex scientific concepts into strategic legal guidance for patent preparation, prosecution, and portfolio management in a rapidly evolving, technology-driven landscape. Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) is required. It is required that you prepare for, take, and pass the patent bar exam either prior to you joining the firm or during your first 12 months from the date of hire. Applicants must possess excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
