Lead maintenance projects, mentor technicians, and manage complex troubleshooting for diesel, gasoline, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive systems across the GSE fleet, including de-ice trucks. Oversee fleet maintenance schedules and support operational efficiency. Growth Opportunities: + Become a recognized technical authority + Opportunity to prepare for Level IV u2013 Lead GSE Technician / Technical Specialist Responsibilities + Lead repairs, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting for all GSE, including de-ice trucks. + Perform complex engine, hydraulic, electrical, and automotive repairs. + Oversee engine and component removal, replacement, and overhauls. + Manage parts inventory and procurement. + Mentor Levels I & II Technicians and support their skill development. + Review maintenance work orders and recommend process improvements. + Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to reduce downtime. Qualifications + 3u20135 years of GSE, fleet, or automotive maintenance experience OR strong mechanical aptitude with leadership potential. + Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience. + Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. + Effective verbal and written communication skills. + Must successfully complete a pre-employment non-DOT drug test and FAA background check. + Valid driver's license required.
