About the role: As an Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect, you will make an impact by designing and delivering endu2011tou2011end technology solutions that align business objectives with enterprise architecture standards and modernization strategies. You will be a valued member of the architecture and delivery team, working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and technology leaders to drive largeu2011scale transformation initiatives. In this role, you will: - Design endu2011tou2011end solution architectures aligned with business requirements, IT standards, and enterprise architecture governance - Assess legacy systems, define current and targetu2011state architectures, and develop migration roadmaps and implementation plans - Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs, and architecture artifacts - Provide architecture leadership across application and data migration initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from design through implementation - Lead and guide engineering teams through technical direction, proofu2011ofu2011concepts (PoCs), design validation, and complex problem resolution - Ensure architectural alignment across scalability, security, performance, and reliability, while managing risk, thirdu2011party platforms, cost optimization, and modernization roadmaps Work model: We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered: - Proven experience designing enterpriseu2011scale solution architectures aligned to business and IT standards. - Strong background in legacy system assessment, modernization, and migration planning. - Ability to convert business needs into technical designs, architecture models, and deliveryu2011ready documentation. - Experience providing technical leadership across delivery teams, including PoCs, validation, and issue resolution. - Deep understanding of nonu2011functional architecture concerns including scalability, security, performance, reliability, and risk management. These will help you stand out: - Experience leading enterprise modernization or cloud migration programs - Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and nonu2011technical audiences - Exposure to thirdu2011party platform integration and cost optimization strategies - Experience working within architecture governance frameworks in large, complex organizations Total Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $98,853 - $158,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
