Job Description

A Front Desk Medical Receptionist position is now available through Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences. This role is patient-centered, and you will be the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, answering phones, patient registration, appointment reminders, check-ins, and all other duties assigned. Location: Pittsburgh, PA (downtown) Job duration: Temp/contract (potential temp-hire) Shift: MWF - 8:00am-4:30pm, TTH - 7:30am-4:30pm Pay rate: $18.00-19.00/hr. (18.00-20.00/hr.) Job Responsibilities: u00b7 Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy. u00b7 Answer phone calls, screen calls, and route them appropriately. u00b7 Assist patients with registration, check-in/check-out procedures, and address their questions or concerns. u00b7 Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. u00b7 Maintain and update patient records and medical history. u00b7 Send appointment reminders to patients. Qualifications: u00b7 Minimum HS Diploma or GED. u00b7 Minimum of 2 years of current and/or recent experience working as a Front Desk Medical Office Receptionist.
