JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experiencedIntegrated Construction Coordinator II to implement and oversee VirtualDesign and Construction processes throughout phases of a project. Strongcommunication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staffat all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remainflexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level ofintegrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role.RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes throughappropriate technology platforms Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D to designoptimized road and site grading models, alignments, profiles, corridors,grading groups, etc. Working with survey data; communicating withproject field teams through Trimble Business Center software to deliverdesigns to survey equipment May include, Mortenson BIM/VDC uses existingconditions modeling, cost estimation, phase planning (4D), siteanalysis, design reviews, 3D visualization, 3D coordination, siteutilization planning, construction system design, digital fabrication,3D control planning and record modeling Provide point of contact forconstruction team members on VDC processes and reports during all phasesof construction Document work process as it relates to improving and/orchanging current company process standards Assist in training on VDCprocesses All integrated construction team members should be activeparticipants in Mortenson's IDAT (Integrated Delivery Advancement Team)community of practice- sharing knowledge Daily work planning Otherduties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Associates or Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management,Civil Engineering Technology, or equivalent field Proficiency withAutodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and/or ArcGISsoftware 4+ years related experience Survey data knowledge and/orexperience is preferred GIS data management is a plus Completion ofintermediate level of BIM/VDC software training Detail orientationsufficient to organize and handle multiple project tasks at a timePossess basic understanding of construction law and generally acceptedbusiness practices Microsoft Office, project, and pertinent webapplication skills at an intermediate level Positive and professionalattitude, and strong customer service skills Ability to interpret andcommunicate Mortenson policies effectively Strong communication,teamwork orientation, initiative, problem-solving, and leadership skillsOpen to change based on diverse input and feedback Current driver'slicense A few benefits offered include: (for Non-Craft & Non-Union Craftworking 25+ hours / week) Medical and prescription drug plans thatincludes no additional cost vision...
