Responsibilities The Business Banking RelationshipManager is responsible for generating new loan and deposit business,according to assigned sales goals, by initiating and developingrelationships with businesses, industries, developers and consumers. TheBusiness Banking Relationship Manager maintains acceptable creditquality and appropriate loan pricing. Individual portfolio managementand client relationship expansion, including partner referrals, arecritical for success in this position. Salary Range The salary range forthis position is $77,900 - $153,000 per year plus bonus. The basesalary indicated for this position reflects the compensation rangeapplicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actualsalary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors,including the specific responsibilities of the position, thecandidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educationalqualifications, and geographic location.
