This position is responsible and accountable for the coordinated project management for multiple AI initiatives for Claims and Legal, aligned to the Claims & Legal Roadmap within the Shared Foundations Portfolio. This role provides day-to-day project management support including project planning, delivery cadence facilitation, dependency coordination, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communications. The Lead Program & Portfolio Manager maintains accurate reporting and initiative tracking across Confluence, this position reports to the Sr. Manager, Project Management, Claims Planning, Process, and System Department. Position Compensation Range: $99,000.00 - $167,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary _Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location._ _Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates._ Primary Accountabilities u2022 Ensures regular business alignment and prioritization of demand with resource and budgetary capacity. Collaborates with cross functional teams. Periodically reviews status of projects and makes adjustments as necessary. u2022 Establishes, maintains, and provides management reporting using appropriate metrics. u2022 Ensures effective communication with project sponsors, project managers, functional and resource managers, and other stakeholders. u2022 Engages key stakeholders to evaluate proposed and ongoing projects based on value, risk, effort, cost and strategic alignment. u2022 Provides formal training and support for project and portfolio management. u2022 Develops and maintains governance tools, templates, guidelines, procedures and processes u2022 Leads with influence and expertise. u2022 Actively contributes to division or department leadership team. u2022 Communicates and supports organization mission, vision, values, policies, and practices. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements u2022 Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. u2022 Extensive experience with project/program and portfolio management tools, methods and practices. u2022 Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with senior leaders u2022 Demonstrated experience with budget, metrics and other operational analyses. u2022 Solid knowledge and understanding of operational and strategic planning.
