Princeton St., Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32804 Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm + Communicates with patients effectively, providing information and addressing concerns through various channels. + Coordinates patient care by managing referrals, follow-ups, and collaborating with healthcare providers. + Exemplifies AdventHealthu2019s core values of Keep Me Safe, Make It Easy, Love Me, and Own It through behavior. + Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care. + Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency + Serves as a patient advocate, ensuring patient rights and needs are respected and addressed. + Other duties as assigned. + Administers immunizations according to established protocols and guidelines. + Completes medical documentation timely, accurately, and thoroughly. + Conducts patient intake by documenting patient information, including medical history and current medications. + Orders and maintains inventory of medical supplies, ensuring availability for patient care.
