Data Analyst

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our team. The AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) analyst AMI support will be responsible for resolving exceptions within AMI systems, ensuring accurate and timely meter data flow, and coordinating with various teams to maintain operational efficiency. This role requires strong customer service skills, analytical skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of metering infrastructure and data management Top Skills Details OMNI (SAP), Analytical Skills, Investigations and Analysis, Key Problem Solving Mindset, PC Desktop Applications Additional Skills & Qualifications - Issue field service orders in the OMNI system to troubleshoot meters requiring in person visits. - Propose and implement process improvements to reduce the occurrence of exceptions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, field operations, and customer service, to address and resolve exceptions. - Provide support for the maintenance, upgrade, and enhancement of AMI functionality - Support the AMI opt out process. - Resolve exceptions between work order mgmt. system and billings system. - Conduct investigation of relevant meter events and alarms, ensure that meter-related incidents are resolved in a timely and consistent manner. - Analyze and diagnose issues causing exceptions in meter data. - Analyzes proposed or existing methods, policies, procedures and/or technologies related to AMI activities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
