HVAC Territory Manager Location : Sioux Falls, SD Schedule : Mondayu2013Friday + regional travel Salary : $80,000u2013$100,000 + bonus potential Benefits : Full benefits package About the Role Weu2019re hiring a motivated HVAC Territory Manager to support brand growth, market development, and sales enablement across our territory. This role partners closely with Territory Managers, Branch Managers, and Marketing to strengthen brand presence, grow equipment sales, and support customers with highu2011quality service. What Youu2019ll Do Brand Development + Identify market potential and support growth strategies with management + Research markets and provide sales projections + Communicate distribution and logistics issues with internal teams + Collaborate with Territory Managers on weekly product and business needs + Define promotional opportunities and partner with marketing on dealer-specific solutions + Respond quickly to requests for quotes, delivery dates, and product alternatives + Build strong relationships with key customers + Serve as a subject-matter expert for product segments and available programs + Resolve customer concerns professionally + Support regional pricing needs Business Development + Plan and execute assigned sales programs within budget + Educate contractors and prospects on available products and vendor programs + Recommend opportunities to increase customer and store profitability + Identify new equipment growth opportunities with Territory Managers + Communicate inventory and demand changes to purchasing or management + Update quarterly forecasts for priority product segments + Develop vendor resources and internal training plans + Mentor and support Territory Managers to grow their territories General Responsibilities + Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and utilize training resources + Travel weekly with Territory Managers to existing and prospective accounts + Conduct monthly customer visits with Branch Managers + Track growth for unitary, mini-split, and other key equipment categories + Maintain organized 3u2011 and 12u2011month vendor data + Provide ongoing feedback to leadership and crossu2011functional teams + Support business needs beyond assigned duties as required + Maintain professional appearance and reliability What You Bring (Qualifications) Required + High School Diploma or GED + 2 years of HVAC/R industry experience preferred, not required + Minimum 3 years of experience as a Territory Manager + Strong customer service and communication skills + Ability to multitask and prioritize + Problemu2011solving and diagnostic ability + Understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship building + Positive and professional demeanor + General knowledge of HVAC/R products and industry concepts + Proficiency with POS systems, webu2011based tools, and basic math + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Ability to follow written processes and instructions Preferred + Bacheloru2019s degree in a related field + Additional HVAC/R, sales, or business development training Why Youu2019ll Love This Role + $80,000u2013$100,000 salary + Bonus opportunities + Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match + Paid time off and holidays + Career growth and training opportunities + Supportive, teamu2011oriented culture + Opportunity to directly impact brand growth Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
