Facilities Service Representative

The Facilities Service Representative is responsible for generating new business through direct sales and First Aid rentals for prospective and existing customers. Our customers are the most important part of this company. They are to be always treated with courtesy and respect. Management believes in the philosophy that customer satisfaction comes first, and employees are expected to ensure customer satisfaction with the implementation of our program.This position is responsible for preparing and presenting proposals; correspondence with customers and vendors; ensuring the customers' satisfaction with the implementation of our program and making the delivery of our items.________________________________________Responsibilitiesu00bf Outside Sales -- generate new business for the company, maintain and develop assigned territory through regular prospecting, follow-up, and account management through rental and direct sales of products.u00bf Achieve company's sales quota utilizing cold calls, customer referrals and other lead sourcesu00bf Provide customer service calls to existing customers, ensuring customer needs are being met.u00bf Present a positive, professional appearance and attitude when calling on current or prospective customersu00bf Networking with other business professionals, via lead group activities.u00bf Work independently, managing time effectively and efficiently. Regular hours expected are 7:00 -- 4:00 M-F, but evenings and weekends may sometimes be required.u00bf Plan, organize, and manage territory sales and paper flow. Accountability is expected through use of the Wingmate CRM program.
