Our client, is currently seeking a Yard Spotter for a temporary project with potential to go perm. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, able to work in full PPE under any weather condition, ability to take direction and self starter which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Yard Spotter Location: Durham, NC Pay Range: $18.00 Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am - 2:30pm Whatu2019s the Job? + Using hand carts, or pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise accordingly. + In a indoor/outdoor working environment + Inspect trucks for defects before and after trips and ensuring they are free of debris + Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed + Maintain organization and order in the yard. + Conduct yard checks three times in a 24-hour period. + Wash tankers when required. + Perform other duties as assigned. Whatu2019s Needed? + Entry level warehouse experience + Ability to safelybe in the proximity of chemicals in a warehouse + Ability to work outside and inside a non-climate controlled warehouse in full PPE + Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs (45 kg) + Regular, predictable attendance is a critical function of the job. + Physical ability to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit as required. + Must be able to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms.
