Meet with key customer contactsto review past activities, achieved results, customer feedbackconcerning products and services and to present planned activitiesconcerning national account sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Meets orexceeds annual revenue budgets and operates within annual expensebudgets. In conjunction with a Corporate Accounts Manager or Key AccountManager II, calls on national accounts within chosen vertical markets tosell and implement Imperial national account programs. Assists indeveloping and implementing a sales plan for each account to maximizeour opportunity of growth, consistent with the company objective.Supporting multiple projects at a time. Communicates sales plans andprogress to appropriate inside personnel to ensure proper support ofaccount activity. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction withdeveloped customer base. Communicates with the Marketing departmentregarding new products, sales promotions, pricing, new and existingmarket leads, as well as our competitors' sales strategies andofferings. Develops and maintains account records for each customer.Escalates major issues to upper management within Imperial Participatesin the development of an annual sales and expense budget.
