Our client, a leading organization in the semiconductor manufacturing industry, is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager 3_USD to join their team. As a Cost Accounting Manager 3_USD, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Operations Finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cost Accounting Manager 3_USD Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $53-58 hr. Shift: Day - Mon to Fri - 8 Hours What's the Job? + Lead and support the SAP S/4 HANA migration process, ensuring system design aligns with business needs. + Develop comprehensive process documentation, including AS-IS and TO-BE workflows for Operations Finance. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT, manufacturing, and operations to support system configuration, testing, and readiness activities. + Participate in design workshops to integrate finance impacts into S/4 HANA, applying industry best practices. + Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities to facilitate a smooth migration process. What's Needed? + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. + 6+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with a focus on inventory and cost accounting. + Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANA, especially within Finance and Controlling modules. + Deep understanding of semiconductor cost structures, including standard costing, BOM configurations, and inventory valuation methodologies. + Strong process documentation, system design, and project leadership skills.
