You will support clinical servicessuch as resident medication management, service planning and supervisingthe nursing staff. You will make a difference in the lives of residentsby ensuring they receive excellent direct care.Responsibilities--Licensed Practical Nurse part time- Supervising and training the nursing staffto ensure quality of care- Verifying the proper distribution and required documentation of medication,treatments and orders- Participating in regular resident assessments and service planning,and following up with ancillary health care services as needed- Assisting with the move-in and move-out processincluding tours, orientation, evaluations, and family communications- Providing direct care when needed,such as during health emergencies or during on-call rotation- Relaying resident concernsor changes to the appropriate department manager- Communicating effectivelywith residents and staff- Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelinesBonus opportunities--Licensed Practical Nurse part time- Perfect attendance bonus$75 for full-time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part-time (up to a $910 annual benefit)- Shift differential$1+ per hour depending on location and shift assignment- On-call bonus- Call-back bonus- Employee of the month/yearWhy we should be your home away from home- Work environment:Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
