DescriptionAmazon Leo is Amazonu2019s low Earth orbit satellite network. Our mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet connectivity to customers beyond the reach of existing networks. From individual households to schools, hospitals, businesses, and government agencies, Amazon Leo will serve people and organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity. We are seeking a Sr. Website Program Manager to lead Amazon Leo's marketing website operations world-wide and serve as the critical bridge between partner teams. This role requires a strong program manager who can orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, drive alignment across diverse teams, and confidently advocate for data-driven decisions with leadership. You will own end-to-end program management for website initiatives while serving as the SME for optimizing marketing content and navigation that drives performance and conversion. Key job responsibilities Cross-Functional Program Leadership & Stakeholder Management u25cf Serve as the primary liaison and program orchestrator between UX, Engineering, Product, Media, Marketing, Creative, and external creative agencies. u25cf Lead cross-functional planning sessions and drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple stakeholder groups u25cf Establish and maintain strong working relationships with technical and non-technical partners; demonstrate executive presence in meetings with ability to influence and drive decisions u25cf Proactively identify and resolve conflicts between competing priorities; escalate issues with clear, data-backed recommendations Review Cycle & Governance Management u25cf Design and manage structured review cycles that accommodate multiple stakeholders and leadership voices while maintaining project momentum u25cf Facilitate efficient decision-making processes across diverse teams with competing perspectives u25cf Create and maintain clear documentation of decisions, action items, and accountability across all review stages u25cf Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate trade-offs effectively when balancing quality, speed, and scope Website Content Program Management u25cf Oversee website content management and maintenance, content publishing, and workflow optimization to support business objectives and user experience u25cf Drive efforts to simplify content quality processes and automation needs for content review u25cf Work with global teams to ensure content parity across locales; design and execute language translation processes for website content u25cf Manage multiple content production needs gracefully and balance contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Advocacy u25cf Develop and execute data-driven global SEO content strategies to maximize business impact u25cf Use data and analytics to inform recommendations and defend positions in stakeholder discussions u25cf Track and analyze content and SEO performance; translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership u25cf Execute A/B experimentation on marketing content and customer journey, present findings with clear business implications Technical Collaboration & Implementation u25cf Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance website functionality, manage multilingual content, and ensure compliance with web standards u25cf Translate business requirements into technical specifications for engineering teams u25cf Create detailed requirements, system documentation, and user guides; perform user acceptance testing u25cf Guide and partner with marketers and agencies on global SEO optimizations and strategy Campaign & Launch Coordination u25cf Support awareness and acquisition campaigns through website activations to ensure timely rollout u25cf Manage website taxonomy, content structure, and tagging; optimize landing pages for branding and user experience u25cf Review/edit content in the content management system for writing, brand, and web standards u25cf Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.Basic Qualifications- Experience building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs - 5+ years of professional program management or technical program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives - Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups including engineering, product, marketing, and creative teams - Proven track record of managing complex review cycles with multiple decision-makers and leadership stakeholders - Strong executive presence with ability to confidently present data-driven recommendations and push back on requests when appropriate - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages - Proven experience in website content administrationPreferred Qualifications- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS; experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) - Knowledge of content quality processes and best practices - In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practicesu2014including international SEO - Proficiency in using SEO and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools - Ability to translate feature requests into technical specifications - Experience managing relationships with external agencies and vendors - Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and drive operational efficiency - Track record of successfully navigating ambiguity and driving programs forward in fast-paced environments - Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with senior leadership - Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
