Triumph Group Responsibilitiesu2022 Perform material transactions and item master updates in MRP system including material issues to work orders, part transfers, sales order picks, inventory adjustments, inventory reclassifications, and part location changes.u2022 Compile and maintain material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to pre-determined production schedules and order priorities.u2022 Read production schedules, inventory reports, and work orders to determine the type and quantity of materials required, availability of stock, and order priority.u2022 Confer with department supervisors and/or Planners to determine overdue material and parts and to inform supervisors and/or Planners of material status.u2022 Support quarterly cycle count process which includes counting parts, data entry, and possible re-counts.u2022 Maintain inventory location accuracy including the physical movement of parts.u2022 Maintain strict material handling practices in accordance with procedures.u2022 Monitor shelf-life storage and maintain proper rotation of stock.u2022 Verify all material received for conformity with accompanying paperwork, checking for damage, correct part numbers, quantity, and revisions.u2022 Issue material against approved paperwork such as affixing verification and traceability on required serialized parts before issuing. Validate lot trace.u2022 Perform good housekeeping chores in area.u2022 Support the organizations metric goals and objectives.u2022 Abide by all procedures, desk instructions and standard operating documents.u2022 Assist in shipping/receiving basic functions as needed.
