ALC in Reno Nevada has an opportunity for an Operations Manager to join the team. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Performance + Direct and lead day-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables while managing a high volume of concurrent tasks. Ensure operational excellence and achievement of the operations plan within the assigned geographic area. + Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring the organization meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations. + Manage resource allocation, reallocating personnel as needed to improve overall results and project delivery efficiency. + Collaborate with national operations leaders and other internal areas to leverage best practices and align with company objectives. Project Management & Revenue + Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, adhering strictly to established project processes. + Provide direction and mentorship to assisting Project Managers and ensuring successful project delivery. + Direct revenue forecasting activities and establish performance standards that align with established business objectives. + Support Project Managers in identifying, securing, and processing change orders for out-of-scope work. + Assist the Sales team by reviewing contract documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in bid estimations. Talent Management & Development + Lead all hiring responsibilities, recruiting and onboarding Project Managers, System Specialist Supervisors, System Specialists, and Associate Project Managers with the requisite skills and competencies. + Develop and implement coaching and training programs for the operations team on advanced project management techniques to ensure they achieve targets. + Conduct regular coaching sessions (e.g.,
