We truly believe that our company is a rewarding career destination.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Safely operate the various machinery that is used in our cable manufacturing facility.- Read/interpret/understand blueprints and/or drawings (including symbols, material type, and material shape).- Setting up the screening and/or stranding machines independently from a selection of tooling options: set-up, pay-off, take-up; setting running parameters; consistently monitor the QUALITYof product.- Familiar with using/operating electronic screens for controlling the screening or stranding process (Human Machine Interface).- Good mechanical skills with the ability to handle and move heavy reels of products.- Must maintain a consistent log of production AND quality per company systems and standards.- Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures and policies.EXPERIENCE:- At least 1 year as a manufacturing Machine Operator (or as a CNC Operator) is preferred but NOT required.- At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing/machining environment is preferred but NOT required.EDUCATION:High school Diploma (or equivalent) ispreferredbut[]{style=
