Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of commercial construction projects. This role involves negotiating materials and services, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals. Responsibilities + Manage Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers to ensure team effectiveness. + Negotiate and procure materials, services, and subcontracts for assigned projects. + Coordinate staffing and scheduling with Superintendents to meet project timelines and budgets. + Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and material samples per project schedules. + Organize and document project meetings, including start-up, monthly reviews, and close-out sessions. + Collaborate with architects, vendors, estimators, and supervisors to deliver quality, profitable projects. + Develop and monitor construction schedules and budgets; track costs and report variances to management. + Oversee site visits, subcontractor coordination, change orders, RFIs, and project modifications. + Ensure quality control through inspections, testing, commissioning, and conflict resolution. + Support business development efforts with proposals, presentations, and related documentation. Essential Skills + Project management experience. + Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more. + Expertise in commercial construction, particularly in wastewater or architectural projects. + Construction management and project coordination. + Estimation skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Commercial Project Management experience required; field construction experience preferred. + Experience across diverse environments (industrial, environmental, architectural) with emphasis on wastewater treatment projects. + Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives. + Proficiency in technical writing, office automation, accounting software, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, formulas, predictive models). + Familiarity with CMiC software is a plus. Work Environment This role involves working out of the office and meeting with project owners in person, as well as conducting regular site visits. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $50.48/hr.
