All while understanding that together we are even better.All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family:Benefits from Day One: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability InsurancePaid Time Off from Day One403-B Retirement Plan4 Weeks 100% Paid Parental LeaveCareer DevelopmentWhole Person Well-being ResourcesMental Health Resources and SupportPet BenefitsSchedule: Full timeShift:Day (United States of America)Address:602 COURTLAND STCity:ORLANDOState:FloridaPostal Code:32804Job Description:In collaboration with Compliance Department leadership, implement AdventHealth’s auditing and monitoring program across all facilities in assigned Region.Facilitate monitoring and auditing activity for the various compliance topics in assigned Region.Coordinate external audits in conjunction with the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Department, as necessary.Monitor key regulatory changes and government audit and enforcement activities for the purpose of identifying potential compliance risks and audit opportunity areas.Contribute to company-wide and region-specific compliance risk assessment and audit work plan development.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:•Ability to understand the healthcare regulatory environment to identify key risk and audit areas.[Required]•Ability to translate healthcare regulatory environment, requirements, etc. into comprehensive audit plans and tools for audit completion and reporting.[Required]•Familiarity and experience with electronic medical record (EMR) and billing systems and reporting.[Required]•Ability to use data analytics to facilitate compliance and auditing and monitoring activities and reporting.[Required]•Ability to effectively communicate (verbally and written) with senior leadership and all other levels of personnel throughout the organization.[Required]Education:• Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]Field of Study:• Bachelor'sin Accounting/Audit, Business or Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Law or other healthcare related fieldWork Experience:• 5+years healthcare compliance audit experience at a management level.
