About this role Carrier Commercial Service has an opening for an experienced HVAC Commercial Service Manager forour NewJersey Market. This position has profit andlossresponsibility for a multi-million dollarservice branch andis responsible forgrowing market share of the Carrier Commercial Service business. The Service Manager will lead field technicians and operations professionals to efficiently execute planned maintenance, repair,overhauland installation projectsin an effort toexceed the expectations of our customers and meet revenue and margin targets.
