Position Type: Full Time - Mix Shift Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur05:00 AM - 01:30 PMFri01:00 PM - 09:30 PMSat01:00 PM - 09:30 PMSun01:00 PM - 09:30 PM What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate. + Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. + Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or facility issues. + Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report unauthorized activity or policy violations. + Support a professional presence at the location by maintaining awareness of surroundings, following post orders, and assisting with security-related requests from site personnel. Minimum Requirements: + Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience. + Be 21+ years of age. + CPR certification is preferred. + Customer service experience is preferred. + Handcuffing certification is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
