Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMSun03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: + Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or vendors while carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location. + Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, review visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted production, warehouse, and/or office areas. + Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. + Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with attention to gates, loading areas, employee entrances, and other access-controlled points where conditions may vary by location. + Support daily operations by screening deliveries, directing contractors and/or guests, and maintaining accurate access records in alignment with site procedures and food and beverage location requirements. Minimum Requirements: + Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. + Alarm panel experience is preferred. + Customer service experience is preferred. + Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. + Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. + Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. + Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. + As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. + Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. + A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
