Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator Job Description As a Cherry Picker Operator, you will play a crucial role in the warehouse operations by accurately selecting, packing, and shipping products. Your attention to detail and ability to manage time effectively will ensure the smooth and timely processing of orders. This position is on a weekend shift, working from 5am to 5pm, Friday to Sunday. Responsibilities + Accurately select products from inventory based on order requirements using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems. + Safely and securely pack products to prevent damage during transit and label packages correctly for shipment. + Load and unload trucks, ensuring shipments are processed on time while verifying shipping documents and maintaining accurate records. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, assist with inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed. + Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Essential Skills + Previous Cherry Picker experience + Ability to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Basic computer and scanning device skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous warehouse or distribution experience is a plus but not required. + Skills in packing, RF scanning, picking, forklift operation, and material handling.
