A pest control company is looking for a Appointment Scheduler Job Summary:The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for proactive outreach to prospective and existing clients, making between 150 and 200 outbound calls daily to schedule appointments with our service teams. This role requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. Location 83rd & Cottage Grove Ave Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 5 PM One Saturday each month: 9 AM to 1 PM Key Responsibilities: Conduct 150-200 outbound calls daily to prospects and existing clients, using provided scripts and CRM tools. Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to assess needs and match them to appropriate services. Schedule appointments in the company’s calendar system, ensuring accurate date, time, location, and preparation instructions. Enter and update contact and appointment data in the CRM promptly and accurately after each call. Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and maintain client engagement. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to optimize scheduling and improve customer experience. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly scheduling targets. Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or appointment scheduling role preferred. Strong communication skills and a professional phone demeanor. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
