We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Greenskeeper to join our maintenance team and help keep our course in top playing shape. Position OverviewThe Greenskeeper is responsible for assisting with the daily maintenance and care of the golf course, including turf, bunkers, landscaping, and course setup. This role is hands-on and outdoors, requiring someone who enjoys physical work in a team environment.Responsibilities:Perform daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and roughsAssist with bunker raking, edging, and sand maintenanceOperate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and utility vehiclesHelp with irrigation tasks, including repairs and hand wateringApply basic turf care practices such as divot repair and topdressingSet up the course for daily play (cups, tee markers, etc.)Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance facilities and equipmentFollow all safety standards and operational proceduresQualifications:Prior golf course or landscaping experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to operate small equipment or willingness to learnComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftWillingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededThis job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an associate in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
