PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES + Perform HTC, pump assembly and test + Ability to read blueprints, calipers and other measuring instruments, records dimensions, and other details on production logs + Maintains organized clean work area including equipment and tooling + Maintains a safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations + Works with other facility teams (Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering) to ensure that assembly/test problems are addressed and resolved quickly + Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures + Utilize safe work habits at all times + Perform other work-related tasks as assigned FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES + Support continuous improvement initiatives within the assembly and testing areas + Assist in identifying process improvements and contribute to team-based problem-solving + Ensure compliance with facility-specific safety protocols and product standards EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS + Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience + Minimum of 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, industrial machinery assembly, or a related manufacturing role required + Forklift operation experience preferred + Material handling experience preferred JOB REQUIREMENTS + Ability to pass a drug screen & background check + Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as required + Ability to solve practical problems and work with limited standardization + Working knowledge of manufacturing environment safety practices + Understanding of quality assurance concepts, typically acquired through in-house training + Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment + Adaptability and willingness to be cross trained + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing setting + Ability to work in non-climate-controlled facility + Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, push/pull, and repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
