Amazon Delivery Station Warehouse Associate Job Overview Youu2019ll be part of the dedicated Amazon team at the delivery station u2013 the last stop before we deliver smiles to customers. Our fast-paced, active roles receive trucks full of orders, then prepare them for delivery. Youu2019ll load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries to be picked up by drivers. Basic Job Requirements 1. Be 18 years or older 2. Understand and follow instructions in English 3. Lift up to 49 pounds 4. View prompts on screens and follow direction for some tasks 5. Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts 6. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around 7. Go up and down stairs (where applicable) 8. Work in an environment with varying temperatures and moving vehicles What Youu2019ll Do 1. Receive and prepare packages for delivery 2. Use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans 3. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages 4. Receive truck deliveries of customer packages Schedule Options 1. Shift Options. Early Morning and Overnight hours. 2. Weekly Hours. Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week). 3. Schedule Flexibility. Choose from a Fixed or Flexible Schedule. 4.
