Recognizes and responds to emergencies. Performs tests and prepares specimens for outside lab testing as ordered by the physician. Maintains examination rooms and treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness. Manages inventory of clinical supplies, bio-hazardous waste, and sample medications, ensuring proper labeling, disposal, and sterilization of instruments. Prepares and assists patients for examinations, procedures, and treatments. Maintains medication and immunization records. Other duties as assigned. Schedules inpatient/outpatient admissions and procedures, providing cross-training and relief for other staff members as needed.
