Cocktail Server + TIPS

Work in our VIP area as a cocktail server. Must have prior server experience. You will be sent home without pay if you do not have experience as a server. This is a guest-facing role, so the best candidate will be friendly, professional, knowledge of drinks and able to process payment. Key Responsibilities: Serve • Carry serving trays • Ability to manage POS, handheld, Clover •Execute all Steps of Service to ensure a seamless guest experience • Set up and break down • Maintain clean and organized service areas, including bussing and resetting tables • Follow instructions from supervisors and adjust quickly to event changes • Provide attentive and professional customer service throughout the event • Handle basic beverage service, including wine pouring and bottle opening Requirements: Prior event service experience is required • Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment • Must speak fluent English and communicate clearly with guests and team members • Professional appearance and demeanor • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure ***General Requirements*** General responsibilities when working a Server job assignment can include: Greet guests and provide friendly customer service Take food and beverage orders Submit orders and process bills through POS system Help set and bus tables Deliver food and drink orders to guests Comfortable working in a busy environment Stand for long durations during shift Able to lift, move, and carry food items and trays Follow all sanitation and safety rules and regulations
