The company promotes flexibility, professional growth, and international teamwork.Contract TypeFreelance (100% remote)Working HoursMonday to Friday, 3 to 4 hours per day between 09:00 and 17:00 CETOne week of paid training- 3 to 4 hours per day- full attendance requiredCompensationProduction: €13 per hourRole OverviewWe are hiring a French-speaking Sales Consultant to support a client in the industrial components distribution sector. This is a customer-facing role within the Sales Support team, focused on outbound B2B sales activity, lead qualification, appointment setting, and some direct selling. In some cases, consultants will book leads into webinars, while in others, qualified leads are passed to the Level 2 team.This is not a purely administrative or customer service position. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable speaking with clients, handling objections, building interest, and contributing to conversion results.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound sales calls to potential B2B clientsHandle warm leads from a database provided by the clientPresent and explain products clearly and professionallySupport the sales process through to closing where applicableKeep client information and activity updated in CRM systemsManage follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with clientsCoordinate with internal teams to help meet performance targetsRequirementsLanguage SkillsFrench: C2 (professional fluency required)English: Good working level (for internal communication)Technical RequirementsStable broadband internet connection (LAN required)Desktop or laptop (Windows 11 or macOS 14 minimum)Minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk spaceWired USB headsetExperience and BackgroundPrevious experience in B2B sales, outbound calling, or call center environmentsExperience in closing sales (not only lead generation)Strong communication and client-facing skillsExperience with technical or industrial products is an advantageEducation in sales, business, or engineering is a plusExperience with KPIs, sales targets, or CRM systems preferredComfortable working as a freelancer, managing own taxes, and accepting monthly paymentsWhat We OfferFreelance cooperation agreementFully remote opportunity that you can work from anywhere in the worldStructured onboarding and training (full attendance required)Long-term project potentialPerformance-based incentives (bonuses and paid leave hours)Opportunity to work with international clients
