Job DescriptionHousekeepers care for and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the service standards and expectations of Twin Farms. From room make-ups and turndowns to full room turnovers, this role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and pride in presentation.Start Date: April 2026Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pmDaily tasks involve renewing, refreshing, straightening, cleaning, clearing, and sanitizing guest accommodations and shared spaces. Housekeeping team members must be able to respond quickly and efficiently to changing guest needs and priorities.Essential functions include (but are not limited to):Daily preparation: inventory check and loading of supplies for the shiftRoom make-up / turndown service: remove trash and laundry; sanitize and clean bathrooms, fixtures, mirrors, and eating areas; dust; vacuum; make beds; replenish amenities (firewood, toiletries, etc.); reset fireplaces as neededRoom turnovers: prepare rooms for guest check-in, including stripping and making beds with fresh linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenitiesCommon area upkeep: maintain cleanliness and presentation of common areasLaundry support (as needed): gather and transport linens and laundry; load machines, fold, store, and deliver items as requiredCloset restocking: inventory and restock housekeeping closets with linens and amenitiesDepartment space upkeep: maintain laundry building, bathrooms, break rooms, and office areasVehicle use: operate a company vehicle carefully; ensure vehicles are cleared of supplies and refuse at the end of each shiftEfficiency and accuracy: complete work thoroughly and on time while maintaining service standardsReporting: observe and report maintenance issues, missing inventory, or damageOther duties: assist with additional tasks as assignedQualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to luxury service standardsPositive, “can-do” attitude and pride in maintaining an exceptional guest environmentAble to work independently with minimal supervision and strong follow-throughTeam-oriented and comfortable collaborating with other departmentsClear and professional communicationComfortable with infrequent use of cleaning supplies and chemicalsSafety-minded and attentive to safe work practicesProfessional presentation and a guest-ready demeanor during occasional guest interactionGood judgment, discretion, and the ability to work calmly in a high-expectation environmentFlexibility in schedule as business needs change; holiday and peak-period availability is typicalReliable attendance and punctualityAdditional InformationAt Twin Farms, we believe that when our team members are genuinely cared for, they are empowered to deliver extraordinary hospitality.
