Our employee relationship managers support you throughout your engagement, providing career guidance and reemployment assistance.Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Greensburg, PA and provide support. The hours for this position are 7:30AM - 4:30PM. The ideal candidate is expected to be helpful, relatable, and pleasant while diagnosing and fixing problems for end users. Occasional travelling may be required to local satellite offices for support.Duties and Responsibilities: Provide onsite support to internal or external customers in resolving complex or escalated technology issuesEnsure the proper day-to-day operation of applications and equipment and troubleshoot on-site software and hardware issues on laptops, Tablets, Workstations, and peripheralsMay resolve higher level support to servers, and/or network equipment or perform updates, repairs, upgrades, backups, and other maintenance tasksMay serve as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution and change management processesWork may be more technical in nature and could include more complex tasks, such as performing data transfers or building imagesReceive user calls and offer remote or on-site supportTroubleshoot system, office, hardware and business applicationsPerform management and installation of equipment in the meeting room (projector, laptop, and videoconference)Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool
