BayCare Alliant Hospital is an acute long-term facility located in Dunedin, Florida and part of BayCare Health System. The hospital provides a multi-disciplinary, family centered approach to care, focusing on diagnostic, medical treatment, and rehabilitation services for patients with complex medical conditions requiring extended stays. The Responsibilities of the Admissions Liaison-Alliant include: + Makes clinical decisions for evaluating and coordinating referrals to the Hospital. + Implements and follows up on marketing activities to physicians, case managers, social workers, and other referral sources. + Increases the Hospital's current volume by building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential referral sources. + May be asked to inform referral sources of other services and programs provided by the hospital. + Performs other duties as assigned.
