Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift Lamination Machine operations. This role involves ensuring the timely processing of jobs with excellent accuracy, setting up materials on laminator machines, and inspecting finished goods. Responsibilities + Operate the lamination machines efficiently. + Assist in setting up materials on the laminator machines. + Use hoists at each station to move materials, with training provided. + Inspect finished goods and report any defective materials. + Perform changeovers for new materials that require processing and cutting to size. + Work collaboratively with a team of 3-4 people on each of the four lines. + Input data into the ERP system using a computer at the workstation. Essential Skills + 2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility. + Ability to work effectively in a team setting. + Forklift operating skills. + Proficiency in using hand tools, tape measures, slitters, and printers. + Quality inspection skills. + Mechanical aptitude. + High school diploma or GED. + Previous forklift experience is advantageous, but certification will be provided. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
