Job Description Description Current project technologies include legacy Java, JSP, native Javascript, scriplet code built in Eclipse with a MS SQL server backend and GIT for the code repository. Key Responsibilities: u2022u2003Perform comprehensive testing of current and future software applications and modules, ensuring high-quality delivery for our customers. u2022u2003Develop clear, thorough, and well-structured test cases based on requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, applying strong knowledge of software engineering principles. u2022u2003Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple environments. Validate new features, enhancements, and defect fixes, and document results with precision and clarity. u2022u2003Log defects in Azure DevOps (ADO) with detailed reproduction steps, expected vs. actual outcomes, and supporting evidence. Collaborate closely with developers to drive timely resolution and maintain transparent communication. u2022u2003Take full ownership of assigned testing tasks, delivering high quality work with minimal supervision. u2022u2003Apply sound judgment and problem-solving techniques to meet objectives while working under general direction. u2022u2003Participate actively in Agile ceremoniesu2014including daily stand ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesu2014while collaborating with team members in an Azure DevOps environment. u2022u2003Analyze customer needs, quickly learn new tools and technologies, and contribute to effective solutions both independently and within a cross functional team. u2022u2003Prepare and deliver demonstrations of newly implemented functionality to customers or stakeholders, clearly articulating changes, expected behavior, and business value while confidently addressing questions. Required Education and Experience: u2022u2003Bacheloru2019s degree and 8 Years of Experience u2022u2003Active Secret or TS clearance is required for this position. Pay 40-55h Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
