Manual QA Engineer

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a manual QA Engineer to join on our our financial clients supporting a brand-new, web-based application. The QA Engineer will join early in the lifecycle and play a key role in shaping testing practices. The team is currently 100% manual testing, with expectations to gradually introduce automation. The right candidate will have professional experience working with AI agents and prompts. Key Responsibilities u2022u2003Perform strong UI-based application testing for web applications u2022u2003Test REST APIs to validate functionality, data accuracy, and integrations u2022u2003Execute manual test cases and document results clearly u2022u2003Write and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test stories u2022u2003Utilizing AI agents to help with testing u2022u2003Participate in Agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions and story pointing u2022u2003Contribute to QA effort estimation and testing strategy discussions u2022u2003Support test execution across functional, regression, and exploratory testing u2022u2003Create and update automation scripts as needed (not full ownership) u2022u2003Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other QA team members u2022u2003Comfortable working on a new project with evolving processes u2022u2003Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
