Job Description DFIN is seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Support Analyst to provide operational support to our global sales team. This role ensures that quotes, pricing structures, and deal configurations are accurately created and aligned with established commercial policies and thresholds. The analyst will work closely with sales reps to prepare quotes, validate terms, and support approval workflows within a clear, prescriptive operational framework. This is a high-volume, process-driven role that requires accuracy, responsiveness, and strong adherence to governance and documentation standards. Timely support and communication aligned with US time zone working hours. Plusses: u2022 Understanding of SaaS pricing constructs (subscription, usage-based, tiered). u2022 Experience supporting U.S. or EMEA sales organizations from an offshore location. u2022 Exposure to discount governance, approval workflows, and commercial policy enforcement.
