Entry Level Production - All Shifts

Adecco is partnering with a local client in Mayville, Wisconsin to find reliable, entry-level production workers and paint line personnel on all shifts. Pay: $15.75-18 (Based on Experience) plus shift premiums and base increase when hire on 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm 3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs 10pm-6am OT may result in shifts extending to 10 hours per day and/or weekend work May need to train on a different shift Some of the benefits include: Competitive Pay Air-Conditioned Facility Potential for Pay Increase and Advancement Opportunities After Hire On Health Clinic On-the-job training AND MORE Responsibilities Unload parts, grind and finish metal parts, and sort/order quantities accurately. Use hand tooling for tasks based on setup documents or supervisor/lead guidance. Prepare parts for coating by taping, masking and hanging them properly on the conveyor. Assist with assembly and racking as needed. Perform work to time standards, ensuring quality and resolving basic manufacturing issues. Document time and production data, report material, production, and quality control issues. Maintain equipment performance logs, assist with preventative maintenance, and ensure safety compliance. Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform physical tasks, and work safely with hand tools and metal materials. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask efficiently while adapting to change.
