Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a BI Engineer.nnKey Responsibilities:nData Analysis & Models:n Gather, clean, and analyze complex data from various sourcesn Design complex data models and methodologiesn Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysisn Partner with data engineering and architecture teams on data design decisionsn Provide complex data & analysis to internal teams and external consultants, auditors, and vendorsnnInsights:n Write advanced SQL queries and calculationsn Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical approaches and insightsn Analyze complex data to draw conclusions and inform decision makingn Communicate insights to Director-level stakeholdersnnKPI/Metricsn Partner with Director-level stakeholders to define and document KPIs & metricsn Develop corporate KPIs & metricsn Prepare, deliver, and support corporate KPIs & metricsnnReports & Dashboards:n Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact interactive dashboards and reportsn Prepare, deliver, and support business critical reportsn Document report definitions, metrics, and refresh processesn Enhance complex report delivery through automationnnCollaboration & Consult:n Work with Director-level stakeholders to understand needs to define and deliver BI solutionsn Participate in large scale cross-functional projects that require BI inputn Mentor analysts and review analytical work for quality and consistency
