Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment. u2022 Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform and its applications. u2022 Experience in a manufacturing, configurator, quoting, or CPQ-style environment is a strong plus. u2022 Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively in Agile teams. u2022 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. u2022 Demonstrated ability to gather and distill requirements into actionable plans. u2022 Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. u2022 Collaborative mindset with excellent teamwork abilities. u2022 Strong analytical skills to evaluate business needs and propose effective solutions.
