Full Stack Java Developer (Angular)

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with Angular on the front end to join their team supporting a risk solution product utilized by financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and be local to the Alpharetta office to work hybrid onsite 3X/week. The pay rate for this role ranges from $55-65/hour based on years of experience. u2022 Write advanced complex code for computer systems and serve as a senior source of expertise. u2022 Perform code reviews to ensure enterprise and architectural standards and processes are followed. u2022 Experience working in an Agile environment such as scrum. Participate in stand-ups, retrospectives, planning and other required meetings. u2022 Manage system and user acceptance testing cycles to ensure accurate and quality business solutions. u2022 Participate in the development and evolution of architecture. u2022 Provide design input across a product. u2022 Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues. u2022 Serve as a primary technical point of contact for external technology resources. u2022 Act as a technology mentor to other engineers. u00b7 All other duties as assigned. TECHNICAL SKILLS u2022 Experience in agile development methodology. u2022 Strong backend expertise building scalable, secure and high performing applications. u2022 Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture. u2022 Strong development experience in languages including but not limited to: Java, JavaScript, Go, python, HTML, CSS3, TypeScript etc. u2022 Familiar with SQL or NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, Couchbase. u2022 Strong command on object-oriented design, design patterns. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. u2022 Ability to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components. u2022 Ability to design and work with complex data models. u2022 Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Github workflow or Jenkins or related technology. u2022 Strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and testing. u2022 Proficiency in front-end technologies like Angular u2022 Experience with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes (Optional) u2022 Experience designing and building applications using Azure cloud tools (Optional)
